Buyer – refers to (1) a natural person with legal capacity, i.e. a person who has reached the age of majority, whose legal capacity is not limited by a court order; (2) a minor between the ages of fourteen and eighteen who has the consent of his or her parents or guardians, except where he or she is emancipated; (3) a legal person; (4) duly authorized representatives of all the above persons.
Account – refers to the Buyer’s registration in this e-shop, resulting in the creation of an account that stores personal data and order history.
Services – refers to all services provided to the Buyer.
Cookie – refers to a small file sent to a device when any person visits this e-shop. This concept includes not only cookies, but also the use of similar means.
Password – refers to a unique combination of letters and numbers created by the Buyer and known only to him or her, which is entered for the first time when registering in the e-shop, and then in order to log in to the Account.
Browser – refers to an application for displaying web pages (web pages) on the web or on a personal computer.
Personal data – refers to any information relating to a natural person, a data subject whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly established by means of data such as a personal identification number, one or more physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social characteristics specific to a person.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Privacy Policy of www.pro-steril.eu provides for the main rules for the collection, accumulation, and processing of Personal Data when the Buyer uses the Services offered.
The Privacy Policy is designed to protect and protect the personal data of buyers against unauthorized use. The Privacy Policy also applies to Accounts.
By expressing consent to the processing of their Personal Data, the Buyer shall be deemed to have read and understood this Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be accessed and printed at any time at www.pro-steril.eu.
- Persons wishing to register at www. pro-steril.eu, must provide their e-mail address and invented Password. During registration, an Account is created. In the account, the Buyer himself enters his data – name, surname, date of birth, phone number, e-mail address, therefore, only he is responsible for the correctness of this data. The Buyer may at any time:
21.1. to adjust and/or fill in personal data in the Account. The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of the adjusted and /or supplemented data;
21.2. delete / delete all your data by contacting hello@pro-steril.eu by e-mail and identifying your identity.
PROCEDURE FOR THE STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
By registering or placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data, including their name, surname, email address, telephone number, and IP address, for performance analysis and direct marketing purposes. The Buyer has the right to express their consent or disagreement to such processing during registration or placing an order.
The Seller confirms that the Personal Data provided by the Buyer will only be processed to provide services on the e-shop www.pro-steril.eu, including participation in promotions and projects. The Seller also confirms that the Personal Data provided by the Buyer will be processed for analysis of the Seller’s activities and direct marketing purposes, provided the Buyer grants and does not revoke their consent. The duration of storage of personal data for direct marketing purposes is set at three calendar years from the time of providing the data.
The Seller agrees not to disclose the Buyer’s Personal Data to third parties, except in the following cases: (1) if the Buyer consents to the disclosure of Personal Data, (2) when executing an order or providing other services – to the Seller’s partners providing delivery of goods or other services ordered by the Buyer, (3) for direct marketing purposes – to the Seller’s partners, www.pro-steril.eu, provided they comply with the provisions of the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, (4) to law enforcement authorities in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, and (5) when necessary to prevent or investigate criminal offenses.
The buyer has the following rights: 25.1. To log in to their account and download all their data by clicking on the “Download all my data” button; 25.2. To submit a request to the seller to receive written information on what personal data has been collected, the sources of the data, the purpose of the processing, and to whom the data has been and will be provided, at least in the last year. The information will be provided to the buyer at the email address they provide. 25.3. To log in to their account and delete all their data by clicking on the “Delete all my data” button; 25.4. To object to the processing of their personal data if they disagree with the privacy policy. In this case, the buyer will not be able to purchase goods and/or services from www.pro-steril.eu; 25.5. To object to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes by expressing disagreement immediately or by submitting a subsequent notice in the prescribed manner.
- The buyer’s identity and personal data will be used only for proper identification purposes by the seller, employees of the Packeta, courier services, or pick-up centers when picking up goods.
- By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, the Buyer consents that their Personal Data may be used to fulfill their order, whether they purchase goods and/or services from www.pro-steril.eu as the seller or from partners. The Buyer also consents that their Personal Data may be transferred to the Seller’s partners and processed by the Seller or their designated data processor for the purpose of analyzing the performance of orders and improving the services provided.
- The Buyer’s Personal Data shall only be provided to Member States of the European Union or to other foreign countries under the same conditions and in accordance with the procedure provided for in this Privacy Policy, and solely for the purposes provided for in this Privacy Policy.
- The Seller shall store Personal Data for as long as the Buyer uses www.pro-steril.eu services, except as specified in this Privacy Policy. The level of protection of Personal Data shall comply with the requirements of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Personal data shall be protected from unauthorized use and alterations. All Passwords of buyers shall be encrypted. Only persons authorized by the Personal Data Controller can access servers related to Personal Data and only through a secure certificate. All pages of www.pro-steril.eu that require the entry of Personal Data shall be carried out through https:// protocol.
- The Buyer shall undertake to protect their login to www.pro-steril.eu, Password, and login, as well as other data. The Buyer shall undertake not to disclose Personal Data to third parties, either about themselves or about third parties, if such Personal Data of third parties was available to them, and immediately inform the Seller about any visible violations.
- The Buyer agrees that the Seller has the right to store their Personal Data on the server for as long as necessary according to the peculiarities of the activities carried out on www.pro-steril.eu, if the data provided by the Buyer was (i) used in the course of committing an illegal act, (ii) suspected of identity theft or other violations leading to investigation by relevant law enforcement authorities, (iii) if the Seller has received complaints related to the Buyer in question or has noticed violations of the Rules committed by the respective Buyer, or (iv) for other legitimate purposes of Personal Data storage. Such data shall be destroyed upon receipt of lawful instructions from law enforcement or other authorized authorities.
The Administrator may use the IP addresses of buyers to administer and diagnose possible malfunctions on www.pro-steril.eu.
CORRECTION, ADDITION, AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, the Buyer gives the right to www.pro-steril.eu to collect, manage, process, and store the Buyer’s Personal Data to the extent and for such purposes as provided for in the Privacy Policy and other www.pro-steril.eu documents.
Giving or withdrawing consent to the collection, management, processing, and storage of the Buyer’s Personal Data is valid only forward.
The Buyer has the right to contact www.pro-steril.eu by e-mail address if he/she determines that personal data is collected or obtained from illegal sources or that personal data is processed not for the purposes for which it is provided, requesting to suspend the processing of such Personal Data. A buyer who uses www.pro-steril.eu and notices inaccuracies or errors in his/her Personal Data may demand that his/her Personal Data be corrected and adjusted as soon as possible, but no later than within 5 (five) working days. A registered buyer can correct his/her Personal Data by logging in to his/her Account himself/herself. www.pro-steril.eu has the right to correct, supplement, delete Personal Data, or suspend the processing of Personal Data only after identifying the personality of the Buyer who applied.
If www.pro-steril.eu doubts the correctness of the Personal Data provided by the Buyer, it may suspend the processing of personal data of these Buyers, verify and revise these data. Such Personal Data is used only to verify their correctness.

COLLECTION AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
In order to provide the Buyer with full-fledged e-shops www.pro-steril.eu services, Cookies may be stored on the Buyer’s computer (device). These Cookies are used for identifying the visitor of the online store, preserving information about purchases made in the Buyer’s shopping cart, and collecting attendance statistics. By approving the Privacy Policy, the Buyer agrees to the storage of Cookies provided for in this Privacy Policy on his/her computer (device). The Buyer can withdraw this consent at any time by changing the settings of his/her internet browser, but in this case, certain online stores www.pro-steril.eu functions may not work for him/her.
